Additionally, those companies may provide with the same purposes such data to third party companies with which GAZUL PRODUCCIONES S.L.U. may maintain, now or in the future, production, management or any other agreements related to the artist Alejandro Sanz.
Likewise, RLM, S.A. may use such data for the purpose of promoting by any means its goods and services, including, without limitation, delivery by any means (by post, email, SMS, etc.) of information or news on activities or any type of events held or sponsored by RLM, S.A.
6.1 Universal Music Spain, S.L. neither sells or rents your personal information to third parties nor does any business with it. However, when you, in the form of registration, grant us permission to do so or when one or more of our partners jointly sponsor a service, promotion or contest, we may share some or all information gathered in connection with such third party or with the above-mentioned service, promotion or contest with the partner sponsoring it or with co-sponsors that may be located inside or outside the Spanish territory. If we intend to share such information, we will notify you before collecting the same, identifying, for that purpose, the recipients of your data by their registered name and country of location if such country is outside the European Economic Area. 8.2 If you are a member of an artists' community you should note that when you complete your member profile this information can be viewed by other members. Accordingly you should not provide any information in your member profile that you do not wish to share with third parties and you should have no privacy expectations with respect to the information contained within it. You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose information online in a public accessible area, such as in your member profile, a message board or chat room, that information may be collected and used by others. We do not control the actions of our visitors. All Content has been sent by an individual, group or company (collectively, the "Artist") that has stated and declared to Universal Music Spain, S.L. that, among other things, neither the Content nor the names, trademarks or service marks under which the Content is promoted (collectively, the "Name") infringe or violate the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, advertising rights or privacy or moral rights.
4.2 Universal Music Spain, S.L. is not in a position to determine who has the better right to use a particular Content or Name posted to the Website. Our policy regarding such matters is the direct settlement thereof by the parties alleging misuse of their Content and/or Name (the "Claimants") and the Artists. We encourage Claimants to send a notice immediately to the Artists of any alleged breach by accessing the Artist's page located on the Website and by clicking on the Contact link and sending an e-mail to the Artist. The experience of universalmusic.es is that most Artists are honest and responsible citizens who may have not realized that they are involved in activities that may mean violation of any right. Usually, once they receive a notice of a claim, the Artists give up, voluntarily, the use of such Content and/or Name resulting in a breach or violation on the Website and elsewhere.
4.3 The Claimants may inform Universal Music Spain, S.L. of any Content and/or Name used on the Website that violates their rights by providing all necessary information including the following:
a. Claimant's full name and, if applicable, the name of the trade organization he/she represents;
b. the postal address of the Claimant and, if applicable, the postal address of the trade organization he/she represents;
c. the telephone number (during office hours) of the Claimant;
d. the e-mail address, if any, of the Claimant.;
e. the description or identification of the Content and/or Name on which exclusive rights are claimed;
f. grounds on which the title to or exclusive rights in the Content and/or Name rely upon;

4.5 If you have any doubt or question about our policy in case of Violation of Copyrights or Trademarks and about the Notice Procedure, you should direct it to the addresses listed in paragraph 4.3(i) above.
4.6 Until the receipt of a notice from the Artists and the Claimants informing that any conflicts arising among them have been resolved, we will not allow, being fully aware of any resulting consequences, to any Artist, including the Claimant, to send to the Website the Content and/or Name allegedly in breach or violation. We shall be pleased to cooperate, as far as reasonably possible, in the compliance with and implementation of any agreement that might be reached for settling the conflict.
8.1 You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You can not send or transmit through the Website any material which violates or infringes in any respect, the rights of third parties, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, invasive of privacy or violates any advertising rights, is vulgar, obscene, blasphemous or otherwise objectionable, encourages any conduct that may be a criminal offense resulting in civil liability or otherwise violates any law, or which, without the prior written consent of Universal Music Spain, S.L., may contain advertising or any solicitation to purchase products or services.
8.2 In the event that, in our opinion, you had breached any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to prevent you to continue having access to the Website, and to take any actions we deem appropriate.
10.1 You expressly agree that use of the Website and the services related thereto is carried out by you at your own risk. Both the Website and the Material and related services are provided "as is" and "as are available". We make no representation or warranty about the Website or any Material contained therein, whether implied or express, derived from the laws or otherwise, including, among others, the implied warranties of commercial suitability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and any implied warranty arising from trade implementation, transactions or uses.
10.2 Furthermore, we do not warrant that the operation of the Website will not be interrupted at some point or will be error free. We assume no responsibility for any consequences derived from interruptions or errors in the Website. 11.2 The limitation of liability referred to in paragraph 10.1 above includes, among others, the following assumptions:
a. any malfunctions, failures or problems of telephone or electronic devices, the hardware or software, the network, Internet or computer equipment;
b. failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions;
c. any event caused by circumstances beyond our control and that could lead to interruption or corruption of the Website or related services;
d. any losses or damages related to, or arising out of, the use, on your part, of the Website, the Material or related services (with the exception of death or personal injuries arising from our own negligence);
e. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Website, the Material or related services; or

11.4 In no event shall Universal Music Spain, S.L. be liable for any indirect, legal, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor shall it be liable for any loss of income resulting from the use, by you, of the Material (regardless of the form in which it may be originated, including negligence), even if we had been advised of the possibility of existence of such damages.
12.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Spain or from the country in which you live. Your mailing or business activities with, or your participation in promotions of or with other parties met on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations and statements applicable to such activities and transactions are carried out solely between you and such third parties.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Spain. Any legal or judicial proceedings relating to any aspect included in this instrument shall be initiated and resolved exclusively before the courts and judges of the capital city of Madrid. Both parties authorize the extraterritorial service of summons and other judicial documents and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and judges.
12.3 If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force. Any failure to act by Universal Music Spain, S.L. with respect to a breach by you or any third parties shall not be deemed as a waiver of the right to bring actions as available to Universal Music Spain, S.L. with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
12.4 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties as regards the subject matter hereof and supersede and repeal any other proposals, negotiations or previous agreements related to that object.
12.5 Any printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice sent in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or related to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same requirements as all other business documents and records originally created and which are maintained in printed form.
