Alejandro Sanz invites his followers and supporters to participate in this new contest, designing one of the shirts that will become part of the official merchandising of his 2012-13 International Tour: "La música no se toca".
The winning design will become one of the official shirts of the Alejandro Sanz 2012-13 International Tour.
If you wish to participate, just submit your proposals under the following requirements:
The contest will run from July, 17th until August 30th 2012 (b.d.i).
Official shirt Tour "La música no se toca 2012-2013."
The design of the shirt must be based on the name of the Tour: La música no se toca (Music is not to be touched).
Designs must be submitted in electronic files ("Jpg" file format). After being informed about the jury's verdict, winner must provide design in vector format with fonts and programs outlined in Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF editable, or similar.
T-shirt design is only to be applied on the front of the shirt, restricting the size to A4 standard and a maximum of three inks per proposal.
The designs submitted shall apply to T-shirts or vests and shall be worked out responding to this purpose.
The jury will choose the best design from all the proposals submitted. The winner will be awarded with the following prizes:
1. Announcement of the final design on the official Alejandro Sanz website www.alejandrosanz.com
2. Special mention by Alejandro Sanz on his official Twitter and Facebook accounts, notifying the winner’s name and design. This information will also be shown on the artist official website.
3. Two tickets to a concert of the Alejandro Sanz International Tour to be chosen by the winner.
4. One night accommodation (double room), standing room only, the same night of the concert chosen by the winner at the city where the concert will be held.
5. Meet & Greet with Alejandro Sanz the day of the concert chosen by the winner.
6. A full pack of official merchandise of the tour.
Registration and submission of the proposal
It only will be necessary to submit the T-Shirt design including personal data and contact information of the participant (name and surname, date and place of birth, place of residence, phone number, email.). Registrations and design submissions, as well as any doubt or comment, must be sent to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The organization will get in contact with the winner by email during the first fortnight of September 2012 and will give him/her all the information about the jury decision.
Subsequently a special space will be enabled on the official website (www.alejandrosanz.com) to announce the name of the winner and the final winning design.
Originality of design and user rights
Entries should submit only original designs. It’s not allowed the use of protected images or designs whose property does not belong to the participant without the consent of its owner, as well as graphic elements of unknown origin, being the participant the only responsible for any possible violations of pictures or patterns protected.
The presentation of designs for this competition means transferring all kind of intellectual and industrial property rights to Merchandising On Stage, SL. The assignment of these rights include, among others, fixation, reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation. The design presented may be used for any purpose determined Merchandising On Stage. In any case, the designer can not carry out an operation or use of this design without the prior, specific and / or expressed Merchandising On Stage consent.
The final assignation of the city where the winner will be able to enjoy the double ticket of the concert and the hotel accommodation will depend on their availability.
In case none of the proposals submitted responds to the minimum criteria for admission, the organization, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to declare the contest abandoned and would not choose, therefore, any winner.
